Blended Senses

An Evening with the Arts

"Blended Senses" benefits the Stanwood-Camano Arts Advocacy Commission's education programs. We currently partner with our local school district, YMCA, community centers, libraries and more to offer art education for students of all ages and abilities.

Art gives people:

* A Sense of Accomplishment: for the struggling students who get to explore color and creativity after working hard on their reading skills at summer school.

* A Sense of Direction: for the teen that discovers art as an outlet for expression and a new way to communicate with the world.

* A Sense of Community: for the Mobile Art Center visitors that participate in free art projects and view exhibits by local artists at events around town.

Your contribution at every level has an impact:

* $125 - Foster creativity in 10 emerging artists with one hour of hands on instruction by a professional artist.

* $250 - Ignite community access to art with an art activity and exhibit at one local event in the Mobile Art Center.

* $500 - Integrate high quality arts education into existing programs with community partners, seamlessly adding art where it’s needed.

* $1000 - Inspire artistic expression for one Utsalady Elementary School grade level through the “Afternoon of the Arts” pilot program.

* $2,500 - Spark imagination and enrich the summer school experience with hands-on color theory instruction from a SCAAC art educator.

**Donations over $1,000 are eligible for recognition on the donor wall in the Mobile Art Center. SCAAC will contact you to confirm the inscription you would like.

We encourage you to donate generously to support SCAAC's Community Art Programs. If you prefer, you can mail a check to SCAAC, PO Box 2528, Stanwood, WA 98292.

THANK YOU!
